Oh well let's not let this thread derail into a "death of alt-rock" discussion, or at least derail anymore into that.at the end of the day alt rock died because everyone wanted to be famous and sound like nirvana/soundgarden/pearl jam or fucking alice in chains, specially with the acoustics and dual harmony vocals
pretty much what happens to a genre at some point or another when a select few release masterpieces that become a big commercial success and the music industry start pushing scrapping the barrel to find a band or individual to be the "next big thing"
Share some alt-rock that ya'll love? I'm gonna share some stuff that is at the very least "alternative" music

I can post something that isn't AS huge as the Smiths or the Cure... Just wanted to post my own lil alt-rock stuff if you go with alt-rock as a broad umbrella genre
