Turn on clientside options for stormfox

Self-explanatory, I have major issues with the lighting with stormfox that nearly makes the server unplayable. I’m sure others have the same problem. It’d solve everything and allow some individual customisation

Big agree, the shadows on this map flicker all over the place for me which I find very annoying
