Sometimes Does this
Other times i can get past the char select but then i freeze and can only move ingame without seeing like before

And same issue if i look at the church too long

I also urge to please condense or optimize ya addons for lower end PCs
Like in the content there is a neb addon for civi models, but then there is another citizen model addon which contains the same models im the previous pack... seems redundant.
Condesing redundant addons could lift a huge burden from us low end PCs
And In general improve performance on everyone
