Description: While zoomed in a car, you're able to 360 look around with the camera allowing you to see everything, but while un-zoomed you're locked to a window that you can move the camera around inside. It'd be a lot better if the un-zoomed view was unlocked too so that way we can dynamically rotate and view stuff without having to zoom. Additionally, un-zooming while looking somewhere that you can view with the zoomed version will snap your view back to the window.
What should occur: The camera should be able to view 360 degrees around while sat in a car without having to use the zoom function, and should not snap back to the 'allowed area' when un-zooming.
Pre-requisites: A news camera and a car.
Repro steps:
1. Enter the car.
2. Equip the news camera.
3. Attempt to look around with the camera without zooming.
4. Observe the locked view area.
5. Zoom the camera.
6. Observe as you're now able to view 360 degrees.
7. Look somewhere that isn't within the locked view area, and un-zoom.
8. Observe as your view is snapped back to the locked area.
