If I like a post, be it funny, based or otherwise
All my agrees are neb substitutes when I like a post but either cant or dont wanna neb

I see funny post = Neb
I see thread/post which took effort = Neb
I see creative ideas/suggestions etc = Neb
I see someone doing something I can't = Neb
I see thread/post I agree w = Neb

Tbf I even neb people when they deny my application. If there is no such option I just rate em either agree or Info.

When and why do you neb a specific post?
What level of standards do you expect other people to neb towards?

Personally, I try to neb as many posts that're funny, make a good attempt at it, are generally kino or tag me/involve me. I've also chosen to neb posts that either make fun of me, ridicule me/my work, and insults, as it technically falls under the last guideline. Even if it's just unpleasant to see, or blatantly disrespectful.

Oh, and I make sure to neb the thread if I'm going to neb any posts. Not doing that is just plain rude.

Outside of stuff I like and stuff I agree with, I neb wholesome posts, animal pictures, and posts with good effort or that look cool. I also neb some jokes, I don't know.

Hell, at times I have even neb'd people sarcastically. It really depends.

i rated @alex dumb once and then coincidentally 5 minutes later my ratings were removed because i allegedly ‘rate spam’ people, which i don’t.
