noone was killing each other, not atleast noobies, noone gave a fuck abut anyone else, sometimes the did kill people, yes.
but they got killed for killing other people.

and in one day? you won't be able to get good shit unless you spend more than 24 hours into the server

A day is 24 hours.

Again, I've repeated this. This is based on from what I have experienced on the CloudSixteen Phase 4 server. May be completely different not, but I can't be bothered to check.
