Really niche historical artefacts from the Cold War, especially East Germany.

Fell in love with that period of history / that place in history after living in the former East for so long. Whilst living there I would travel about my town searching for charity shops which sold old items from the Soviet Bloc. Bought everything from medals, to old records, to service records of former Volksarmee soldiers - I even wanted to buy crockery commemorating the life of Walter Ulbricht. As a historian, this is my favourite period of history and I've written extensively about it.

I'm a sucker for communist nostalgia and memorabilia - even though I am not a communist.
