WW3RP gun glitch

Whenever I pull out my gun, my screen starts shaking really bad and lags really bad. How do I fix this?

It's happened with every gun I've used. The screen starts shaking from around 45 degrees to 180 at the worst. Sometimes, if I turn around, it stops. Sometimes it doesn't. It lags the game when it happens. Can't make it much more descriptive.

It happens to me sometimes when i get very low fps.

It looks like this and i get this error in console. mod_studio: MOVETYPE_FOLLOW with no model.
