Depends on the reason behind the loss of appetite tbf.this is horrendous advice; if you don't get active, you won't want to eat - even a brief walk will stimulate you into being more hungry

used to eat a fucking giant slice of pizza and like half a liter of soda for breakfast and then lunch and finally two sandwiches for dinner + random shit throughout the day for like 3 years straight and i was still just as underweight as i am now99/100 people who say they have a 'fast metabolism' aren't eating 2500 calories a day
make sure your meals are at least 800 calories a piece and that you're snacking too, and you won't let yourself down in terms of calorie count

You are dehydrated, extremely so during summer, when you wake up. If you are doing outdoors work/working out in intense bursts then I highly recommend having a waterbottle with two cubes of dextrose and a teaspoon of salt in it to keep your minerals up
Protein bulk shakes, if you own a blender, is a very good idea and is an excellent way to get the day going with something that genuinely tastes pretty fucking good too

started highschool and began to eat less cause i had less time during my breaks at school + way shittier and more expensive food
covid started last year and i just straight up ditched breakfast for most days now i struggle to finish 2 sandwiches which is fucked

its meh rn but its gonna ramp up in about a week or so and regularly hit 30+ (nearly 40 next week) celsius at which point i just fucking melt

it was mostly out of convenience other foods were baked and fatty pastries like burek which are 95% fat anyway so there wasnt much of a choice i couldnt get out and grab a plate of rice and meat or something and there usually wasnt a line for it

shop a whole lot on sunday and then cook a huge pot of food that you can label and throw in the freezer/fridge
then you have food for the whole week that you don't have to cook that i will also keep you above board calorie wise

im an almost 18 year old highschool student with 0 disposable income and like 10 euros in my wallet
