idk man so far we've renovated 3 rooms on our own and it's only taken a week or two at max to get done with floor heating and shit

We've managed to get the Living room with fresh floors, Fancied up the Kitchen and did some fixing with the walls but its more of budget and time to get it done.

Current plan is to add some new fresh floorboards, replace the soggy doors, mostly just alot of time needed to work on it.

The house was rotting soon as the former resident died and was left for 5 years for sale on a 50 grand.

but ack, its progress.
