can you define what mental gymnastics are for us, because @Goatson and I have been talking lengthly about the different meanings a word can have and I think you have given an expression way too many definitions in the span of 10 posts or so

i come in and say you've been going ballistic over one word for three pages and you're bringing up apparent ulterior motives that make my post seem premeditated when its about as simple as it gets
