No sugar drinks for me, been off them for months, pretty much just water. I have a bunch of face cleaning products I use at home, none of which actually work. The snacking department I manage, although admittedly I have more than a snack bar a day, I got a sweet tooth -_-in my experience eating healthily and avoiding sugar and trash food has worked religiously well - combine this with cleaning your face often and using solutions w/ salicylic acid every other day and you're set
sure a snack bar here and there or whatever you like, no sugar drinks at all in general, if that doesn't work go to a dermatologist
and for the love of god don't touch your acne otherwise getting smooth and pretty skin will become a whole lot more difficult with scars
and nearly every meal is a home cooked meal so the eating is healthy enough, not a ton of crap constantly
I just find it weird how I used to get it for a little bit then it’d vanish and then come back again. This load has been around for like a few months, specifically when I was extra healthy and had only like one snack a day and kept to my skin care regimen and everything. It is VERY demotivating
