honestly it's a really weird thing I've noticed, I thought it was just an effect of being on roleplay servers but actually a LOT of people here use feet/inches to measure height despite being a totally metric country

I guess it's just easier to visualize than "175cm"

i always use centimeters since i have no point of reference for whatever the fuck a foot is

personally I just learnt roughly what each height looks like in feet and it seems easier to use feet/inches as a reference for that, less numbers, y'know?
